Traveling across the United States and Asia, Chang meets a new generation of chefs and entrepreneurs dedicated to keeping Asian traditions alive. Segments include the ramen culture in New York and Tokyo; chef Sang Yoon breaks down the basics of Korean cooking; chef Jet Tila recalls when his family opened America's first Thai grocery store; Filipino cuisine; and the evolution of Chinese food in America.
