According to the Prison Policy Initiative, the unemployment rate of people who have been incarcerated is 27%. Data suggests that half of those people will be incarcerated again within three years of release. Many efforts work to reduce that statistic through everything from education to mental health treatment. Our guests discuss one job training program being used in St. Joseph County.
