South Bend, the University of Notre Dame, the Michiana region and the State of Indiana lost a very dear friend and true American hero today with the passing of Governor Joe Kernan. WNIT produced a Legends of Michiana documentary on Joe’s life in 2019. We are proud to re-air it in Joe’s memory.
