We are out on the trails near Benton Harbor as Courtney tries out The Woods Fitness Park. With over 3 miles of trails and 60 obstacles and workout stations, there is something for everyone that wants to get fit and experience nature at the same time. You decide how much to challenge yourself. Owner Michael Petlick took Courtney through the course.
