The second annual South Bend Mardi Gras parade will take place and Willow Wetherall and Meghan Kirwan will be on Experience Michiana tonight with all the details. It's happening Tuesday, March 4th and everyone is meeting around 6:45 at the State Theatre. There will be live music, costumes and fire spinners.
