Episode #809 - Michiana's Rising Star
Earlier this year, WNIT conducted a talent competition called, "Michiana's Rising Star". Out of all the very talented contestants that entered, our judges and viewers agreed and vocalist Janet Hines-Norris was declared the winner. We invited Janet to sing some holiday songs for us and co-host the show. On this episode, she sings "It Wouldn't Be Christmas", "Oh, Holy Night", and "The Angel Song". Janet is performing this Friday night at Swolfies House of Bluz with the band IntaDaBlueez from 8p-Midnight. Swolfies is at 305 S. Michigan St., Downtown South Bend.
