Professor David Mitchell and Cheryl Ashe will share about the Indiana SNAP laws. What they are and why they need repealed.  Professor Mitchell gives a speech titled "Enduring Hypocrisy: How Felon Disenfranchisement Laws and Collateral Consequences Deny Full Citizenship." There will also be a showing of a movie on the subject at the South Bend Public Library on Saturday, April 27th at 10:15am.
