Cardinal Services is an organization whose mission is to support people with challenges or disabilities in reaching their personal goals. For some it is to learn job skills and possibly get a job out in the community. Gordy visits the Cardinal Services production facility where he meets Jay Tate who talks about the process and the opportunity they provide for members of their community with challenges.
