Ingredients

  • 12 shrimp
  • 1 pinch of fresh garlic
  • 1/2 of poblano pepper
  • 1/4 of an onion
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • chipotle sauce (as much or as little as you like)
  • 2 slices of sweet butter
  • cooking wine
