Bill O'Brien from the Fat Tomato Restaurant in Elkhart talks about what they'll be featuring during Elkhart Dining Days. Finally, we'll learn about the Save the Oaks Extravaganza at Potawatomi Park.

Jane Hunter gives us a preview of the June H. Edwards Chamber series from the South Bend Symphony featuring called "Hope & Triumph". The program will feature works of women composers performed by the Symphony Chamber Ensemble as well as some vocal music from Saint Mary's College Women's Choir. A new work by local composer Carol Kapson entitled "Journey" will be featured. A campaign is underway to Save the Oak Stumps at Potawatomi Park, and Rod Trailblazer Goodchild and sculptor Victor Riley share with Gordy why they're putting together a special fundraiser. The Save the Oaks Extravaganza takes place this Saturday, October 18th from 6 to 10pm at the Ella Morris Potawatomi Greenhouse.
