Cardinal Services is an organization whose mission is to support people with challenges or disabilities in reaching their personal goals. For some it is to learn job skills and possibly get a job out in the community. Gordy visits the Cardinal Services production facility where he meets Jay Tate who talks about the process and the opportunity they provide for members of their community with challenges. Gordy will also meet up with a parent whose daughter is taking advantage of Cardinal's services, and he'll talk about the growth he's seen in her. Get more info here: www.cardinalservices.org

The Warsaw Biblical Gardens is a truly unique collection of plants and flowers that are grouped into a variety of areas: the Forest, Brook, Meadow, Desert, Crop and Herb gardens. It's called "biblical" because the plants, trees, flowers, herbs, etc. are mentioned in the Old and/or New Testaments of the Bible. The gardens are officially open from April 15th to October 10th. Tonight we'll take a look through the Warsaw Biblical Gardens. You can get more info here: www.WarsawBiblicalGardens.org

The town of Winona Lake decided that everyone in their community, no matter their ability level should have the opportunity to enjoy their parks. That is why they have started work on creating the "Limitless Park". Gordy stopped in at the site where the park will one day be and talked to Craig Allebach and Erin Porter to learn more about how even those in wheel chairs and facing other challenges will be able to enjoy this park. The Gardens of Central Park are beautiful this time of year, and we took a moment while in Warsaw to stop and enjoy the over 160 flowers, shrubs and grasses that make up this perennial garden. It's a great place to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
