September 24th & 25th
MichianaPotteryTour.comDave had a chance to get his hands dirty as he tried throwing some clay for the first time at the Goshen Clay Artists Guild. He talked with Fred Driver and Cindy Cooper about how the guild offers classes for all skill levels, and opportunities to buy their work. There is also a pottery tour coming in September that they will be participating in.

South Bend Museum of Art
www.SouthBendArt.orgThere's a new exhibit at the South Bend Museum of Art called Visualizing Innovation. It brought together leaders from the community to talk about where they see South Bend in the future and then local artists were asked to turn those ideas into art in the form of large murals on the walls of the gallery. Kelly had a chance to talk to three of the artists.
