Ingredients
Smoked Japapenos
- 3 jalapenos (smoked)
- 1 cup of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips melted in double boiler
- 1/3 cup of coffee
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of lime zest
Directions
Cut off top of japapenos and deseed. Smoke for forty-five (45) minutes, cover, and cool. Skin peppers and take cream cheese, dry ingredients, and mix well. Place in piping bag and fill with japapenos. Melt chocolate chips and add ingredients for sauce.
