Ingredients
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Tbl. fresh basil, parsley, and rosemary mix
- 2oz clarified butter
- 5 shrimp (raw)
- 5 scallops
- 8oz cookied linguine
- 3oz huy cream
- 2oz lemon juice
- 1/2oz white wine
- 1 Tbl. minced garlic
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes, black pepper, granulated garlic, and oregano
Directions
Saute shrimp and scallops for two (2) minutes. Add wine and seasoning, lemon juice, cream, and reduce. Add pasta.
