Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs of English Peas in their shell
- Salt (or Parmesan cheese if you are not such a purist)
- Butter
Directions
Shell the peas. Have a large pan of boiling water simmering on the stove. Boil the peas for 1 to 1.5 minutes and remove immediately. Serve in soup bowls and top with salt and butter.
