Assemble shot glasses (1-2 per guest). Place a small amount of Ranch dressing in bottom of each glass (using a squeeze bottle makes this much easier).
Assemble:
- Celery
- Carrots
- Red Bell Pepper
- Fresh rosemary
- (you can use other vegetables at your discretion: cucumber, zucchini, asparagus, green beans , etc..)
Cut vegetables into 2 inch, long strips, and place two of each kind into ranch filled shot glasses. Place small sprig of fresh rosemary into each glass. Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
Can be made up to 2 hours in advance.
