- 1 red pepper roasted
- 1 cup sauté spinach
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 oz Fresh woodland mushrooms
- 1 cup red wine (merlot or cabernet)
- Salt pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
