Broccoli Bacon Salad Ingredients
- 3 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Bacon pieces, cooked
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
Broccoli Bacon Salad Instructions
In a mixing bowl add the mayo and sugar together.
Take the almonds and add some heat to release the oils within. If in a 6 inch pan on the stove top probably 2 minutes at the most. Just til you see the oils starting to release out of the almonds. With the broccoli, make sure that every piece is about a half inch by half inch. You can do this by trimming the pieces down. This will be easier to eat later for your guests. With the bacon after cooking, do a small dice. After items are prepped add them to your sugar and mayo mixture. Stir til all pieces have been sauced.
Serve immediately or chill.
Chicken Bacon Wrap Ingredients
- 1 10" tortilla
- 1/2 cup chicken, deboned
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup lettuce, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon pieces
- 1 oz. ranch salad dressing

Lay out your tortilla and begin to fill with other ingredients. After ingredients have been added, fold up the two sides and begin your roll from the tortilla closest to you. Begin your fold and keep it tight. After finished, cut diagonal and serve. One piece over the other. This will add more height to your plate for a better presentation.
