- (2) 8 ounces cream cheese- softened
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups graham crackers - finely crushed
- 1 stick salted butter
Mix up graham crackers and press into paper lined muffin tins to form a crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes until firm.
In bowl mix the cream cheese, sour cream, eggs and sugar until the mixture in well blended with out any lumps.
Pour into muffin tins - right up to the top -
With a syringe or a dropper - drop four small dots of food coloring around unbaked cheesecake perimeter - drag a toothpick or needle through the dots to form a heart pattern. ( you can flavor the food coloring with any extract )
Place a pan of water on bottom shelf of oven - a "bain marie" bake in 350 oven for approx 20 minutes or until risen and lightly browned.
Let cool and refrigerate at least four hours or overnight.
