- 2 shrimp diced
- 3 oz diced smoked bacon
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Fresh vegetable diced ½ cup
- 1/2 cup of Arborio rice (Pre-Cooked)
- 3 oz white wine
- 2 tbl Boursin Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Start with half tablespoon of olive oil in hot sauté pan. Add 2 shrimp diced vegetables and bacon. Sauté for 1 minute. Add half cup Arborio rice and stir into pan. Add white wine and reduce. Fold in cheese. To finish, add cream, reduce, and salt and pepper to taste.
