Building Career Readiness in Manufacturing Pathways

The Regional Advanced Manufacturing Pathway (RAMP) program at the Warsaw Area Career Center helps prepare high school students with technical knowledge and skills needed to explore careers in manufacturing. In collaboration with OrthoWorx, juniors and seniors learn directly from local businesses through classes, on-site training, and internships.
