- 9" graham cracker crust
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks *
- 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
preheat oven to 350 degrees
- whisk together egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk
- add Key Lime juice and mix thoroughly
- pour filling into graham cracker crust
- bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
- let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
*egg whites may be kept and used for meringue topping if desired otherwise simply garnish with lime twists or slices.
