Rachel and her mother, Carolyn, started this company over 20 years ago. They specialize in American caviar, which keeps the price low but the delicate taste intact. Rachel brought different examples of caviar (along with a crème cheese spread) and ideas on how to serve caviar at your next party!

Phil Gleissner
Photographer
His work is vibrant, colorful and extremely close up. Phil’s focal body of picturesque work is of flowers. He likes to shoot them at angles that most people might not think of when viewing a flower up close and personal. Phil suggests if you want to take up photography, do your research and always be open to the opinions of your peers.
