She also brought along a savory cheesecake (Spinach, Artichoke and Pecan) that can be served as an appetizer with crackers.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake
**This is not an Ambrosia Cheesecakes recipe - we do not provide our recipes to the general public. This is a similiar recipe suitable for use by the public**
Crust:
1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
2/3 Cup Butter, melted
Combine cookie crumbs and butter together in a bowl, mixing until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9" spring form pan.
Filling:
32 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips, melted
4 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
15 Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Preheat the oven to 425
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the flour, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in peanut butter cups and pour batter into pan.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce the heat to 225 and bake for an hour. Let cool and then refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.

He is a watercolor artist with a studio in Union Pier, Michigan and Jim brought along several pieces of his work to showcase. Most of his paintings have a rural setting as the main theme, which give you that sensation of relaxing in the shade. This band is out of the Elkhart area and they impressed us with their professional sound and original lyrics. The guys performed two songs, starting with "S.O.S. (Shine on Sister) and they wrapped up the show with, "Can You Feel Anything."

She was an art teacher for 30 years at Galien High School before retiring and throwing herself full time into painting. Clare's medium is oil and she paints primarily outdoor scenes. She brought along some examples of her artwork to discuss during the interview segment.

From Niles, Michigan, John spent 25 years in the art glass business before switching his interest to wood turning. He creates mostly bowls and vases but uses all kinds of wood from all over the world to create his pieces. John brought along some of his unique pieces to show the home audience.

CSA Suzuki Strings Program
The Suzuki Method is used to teach very young children how to play violin. Rosalyn is the Suzuki String Director of the Goshen College Community School of the Arts, where she teaches Suzuki group classes and directs the Home School Orchestra. She brought along a group of 10 students (ages 6 to 12) that performed two short pieces.
