to creative writing to watercolors, there are numerous classes
to take at the Studio Arts Center in South Bend. Bob teaches a
portrait class, where you can learn to work in a medium of your
choice. With the help of a model, he demonstrated a portrait in
charcoal.

Art Gomperz Band features New Age Bluegrass, Swing
Rockabilly and Alternative Acoustic.

band consists of 4 talented people who bring you the sounds
of everything from New Age Bluegrass to Swing Boogie to Alternative
Acoustic. The songs they performed on tonight’s Open Studio
will have you tapping your foot to the rhythm. First up was
their song, “Lucky One”. They wrapped up the show
with, “I'll Say Goodbye to You.”

favorite holiday tradition is seeing, “The Nutcracker”,
and you can see it right here in Michiana! Alexei and Anna are
the artistic team at Southold Dance Theater in downtown South
Bend. They discussed their upcoming production, which happens
on December 9 & 10 with the South Bend Symphony Orchestra.

Collegium
Musicum
A small
vocal ensemble from the Notre Dame community, Collegium Musicum
specializes in sacred and secular music from the Medieval, Renaissance,
and Baroque eras. They will be performing in the Reyes Organ
and Choral Hall, where the true sound of the group can be heard.
Check out the performance in person on December 6th at 7 and
8:30pm.
