This time around we will be in Tony Sanfilippo’s kitchen at Palermo’s Italian Restaurant. He will be preparing a recipe consisting of shrimp, mussels and clams – a seafood delight! As an added bonus, Tony will be making a dessert made with dough that is fried, covered in powdered sugar and topped with chocolate and strawberry syrup. It will make your mouth water just watching him prepare these two dishes!

Our music for tonight features Grazyna Auguscik & Paulinho Garcia, a duet that will be performing beautiful Brazilian jazz. With only an acoustic guitar and fantastic singing, these two will have you swaying to the music. Please enjoy their song, “Consolacao”.

A unique individual, John T. Unger creates interesting fire bowl/pit sculptures. Each of his pieces is made out of 100 percent recycled materials. John came up with the idea of fire bowls when he was looking for scrap pieces for his metal sculptures and came across someone cutting propane tanks. Check out John’s website for a closer look at all of his artwork, including collages made with bottle caps!
