On this episode of Open Studio, we will be featuring three great events that you will want to check out with family and friends. Grab a pen and paper and write down all the information! As an added bonus, we will be having our favorite bartender, Joe DiMaggio, from the Stray Dog Bar and Grill, co-hosting the show with Jaimee Thirion.

The first event we will be showcasing is First Fridays, a monthly happening that takes place in downtown Goshen. Gina Leichty will be discussing all the different things that the public can experience on the December 7th occasion. There will be plenty of shopping opportunities, music carolers to listen to and a chance for the children to get their picture taken with Santa!

Our second event that we will be featuring is the Hoosierbillies Music Show, where they will be performing their Christmas show at The Century Center on December 15. This group of talented people will be playing music that can be described as big western swing bands of the 1940’s and 50’s. Dale "Whitey" Dorsey, who plays Pedal Steel Guitar, will be talking about why the group got started and what the audience can expect to see at their next show. Also, you will get the pleasure of seeing four members of the group performing, “Pennies from Heaven”, a little music sample of what you can see on December 15.
